Top Rotary Award for Joan - 21 April 2010

President John Owen was a Guest of Honour at The Inner Wheel Club of Seaford's Birthday party which took place at the Constitutional Club on 21st April. During the course of the proceedings he took the opportunity to present a "Paul Harris" Medallion and Certificate to Inner Wheel member Joan Ketley. The award is given for outstanding service to the community and due to a guarded build up was taken completely by suprise when her name was announced. Joan, who is currently the Hon. Treasurer, has been a member of the Inner Wheel club for over 40 years many of which she has served as an officer or member of the Management Committee. Apart from Inner Wheel, Joan has also had a long assosciation with various church organisations.
